Delivery Approach

  • Customer can enjoy free delivery service with total value at or over HK$350 in one order
  • Customer needs to pay for delivery fee HK$50 for order below HK$350
  • For orders under HK$350 after using discount code, a delivery charge of HK$50 per each order shall apply

Order Process and Delivery Time

Orders will be processed, packed and shipped by us soon after receipt to ensure that you can expect to receive your orders 3 business days after order confirmation date at the earliest according to the delivery destination and our delivery schedule. Our business days and hours are from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Product Return Guarantee

Our Product Return Guarantee (not applicable to Non-returnable Products listed in the following section) allows you to shop worry-free at LKK Hong Kong Online Shop. We suggest you check if the products are in good condition upon delivery. For damaged or wrong product delivery, we will arrange exchange or return of the product. Non-returnable Products

We do not accept returns of products under the following circumstances:

  • The product packing is not intact (taken out of its plastic wrap or box);
  • The product is not in its original condition, is damaged or defective;
  • The goods are free gift products or samples;
  • If you are unable to provide the invoice

In the event of a dispute, the decision of LKK Hong Kong Online Shop shall be final and conclusive.

Exchange Policy

All products are checked for quality before dispatch to ensure that they are delivered in perfect condition. However, it is possible that the product may be damaged during delivery. In this case we will re-send the product without extra delivery charge. If the product is sold out, we will refund the value of product in the same form of payment used for purchase.

Return Procedure

If you would like to return a purchased item, please send an email to shop@LKK.com.

Refund Policy

We will first verify a returned product's condition before providing a refund or an exchange. If the returned product is of condition that is not acceptable according to our Exchange Policy, you would not receive refund and the product will be returned to you. We can only refund the total value of products. If your order was placed with free gift, you must return them also in order to be entitled to a refund. Otherwise, we will not entertain the refund request. The refund and exchange policy are only valid in 7 business days upon delivery.

Refund Timeline

Refund will be issued to the same account and in the same form of payment used for purchase. Refund by credit card takes ten working days to process. Please note that cash refund is not available.

For bonus point refund, the processing time is 5 working days.
