Shopping Process
Searching Products
You can find products you want in LKK Hong Kong Online Shop in the following ways:
By Keyword Search: Search for a product by inputting keywords in the search tool section at the top of each page in the website.
Once you see the product you need in the search result, simply click on the name or image and you will be directed to the product detail page and can make the purchase there.
Add Product to Cart
Once you found the product you would like to purchase, enter the quantity you want to buy and click the "Add to Cart" button; your shopping basket will be immediately updated and ready for you to checkout.
Product Stock
LKK Hong Kong Online Shop is updated daily with our products in stock. As long as you see the "Add to Cart" button next to the product means the product is in stock in our warehouse in Hong Kong and ready to ship at time of order. However, with occasional discrepancy in stock information, the product you successfully ordered might turn out to be out of stock and therefore not available for delivery. In such case we will inform you and you will not be charged for this cancelled item. If you have made payments with credit card, refund will be made through the bank within ten working days.
Tell a Friend about a Product
If you want to share a product you found in LKK Hong Kong Online Shop with your friends, you can click the share button of Facebook in the product detail page.
Placing Online Orders
After you have finished the shopping, simply click the "check out" button of the shopping cart on the right side of the page and fill in the information as requested to complete your purchase.
If you are a new customer, please register by providing your email address and a password of your choice before proceeding to shopping. Please click here to register as a member.
If you are already our member, you will be required to provide your email address and password. In case you forget your password, please click "Forgot Password". A new password will be sent to your email address.
Order History and Status
Order Status
Fulfilled: Every line item in the order has been fulfilled.
Unfulfilled: None of the line items in the order have been fulfilled.
Partial fulfilled: At least one line item in the order has been fulfilled.
Payment Status
Paid: The payments have been paid.
Partially refunded: The payments have been partially refunded.
Refunded: The payments have been refunded.
Voided: The payments have been voided.
Payment Methods
LKK Hong Kong Online Shop offers the following range of payment methods for your convenience.
Credit Card: LKK Hong Kong Online Shop accepts VISA and MasterCard.
Charging to Your Credit Card
We charge your credit card only after we confirm your order.
If your credit card company has joined the Verified by Visa payment authentication program or MasterCard Securecode service to protect its customer's interests, you may be required to enter the Verified by Visa password or MasterCard Securecode in addition to general credit card information when you place your order.
If you request to cancel an order or remove some items from your order after successful payment, or in case when some of the items in your order are out of stock, we will arrange a refund to your credit card account. This would take ten working days to process.
Fraud Prevention
In order to protect our members' benefits and make LKK Hong Kong Online Shop a safe shopping platform, we screen all orders daily; We reserve the right to reject orders and to disable any member accounts in case we suspect fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
Confirming Your Order
As you complete placing your order, you will be directed to a page with an Order Number and also get an order confirmation email with all the order details. If you do not receive the email, please log in to "Account", go to "My Account" page and check the updated order status.
Occasionally an order will be successfully submitted even if you get an error message after order placement. Please check the list of recent orders in the "My Account" page every time before placing another order.
Changing Your Order Information
You may not change your ordered items or delivery address once you have completed you purchases on LKK Hong Kong Online Shop. If you have to make changes on the delivery address, please send an email to shop@LKK.com.

Area of service covers Hong Kong Special Administrative Region “HKSAR” only (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Island).
Ready-to-Cook Meal Kit
Q1: When will my order be processed and delivered?
A: Once your order is received, the Lee Kum Kee Online Shop will arrange
packing and shipment as soon as possible.
- Orders
successfully placed before 5:00 PM daily can be delivered as early
as 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM on the next day.
- Delivery is
made within the designated time slot, and the exact time may vary
depending on delivery routes.
Q2: Can I select a specific delivery date?
A: Yes. You may choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. Your order
will be delivered between 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM on the selected date (excluding
Sundays and public holidays).
Q3: On which days is delivery unavailable?
A: Delivery service is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
Q4: Are there any areas where delivery is not available?
A: Delivery is currently not available in Lantau Island and outlying islands.
Q5: How will the products be delivered?
A: The meal kits will be delivered by a third-party frozen delivery service
to ensure product freshness and quality.
Q6: What is the daily order cut-off time?
A: The daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (5 PM).
Q7: Can I amend my order?
A: Yes. Please contact us at least 24 hours before delivery for any
order changes.
Q8: Can I cancel my order or request a refund?
A: As all products are freshly prepared on the same day:
- Once
preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or
modified
- If cancellation
is requested after preparation has begun, a 50% administrative fee
(based on the total order value) will be charged
Q9: What should I do if there is an issue with the product upon delivery?
A: All refund or exchange requests must:
- Be made on
the same day of delivery
- Requests made
on the following day or later may not be accepted
Q10: Food Factory Licence of the Ready-To-Cook Meal Kit
A:Ready-To-Cook Meal Kit is manufactured in a licensed food factory in Hong Kong, which is subject to oversight and regulation by the relevant governmental authorities.
Scope of the Food Factory Licence includes:
(i) the manufacture and packaging of treated or processed meat, poultry, and related products
(ii) the manufacture and packaging of treated or processed fish and shellfish
(iii) the manufacture and packaging of treated or processed vegetables
(iv) the manufacture and packing of dried/preserved meat/Chines sausages for wholesale
*Final delivery schedules are subject to actual delivery location and
logistics arrangements
*All orders are subject to final confirmation and production status
*The supply, production, quality, and packaging of the Ready-To-Cook Meal Kit are the sole responsibility of Deliverz, which also provides after-sales services; Lee Kum Kee only provides the enclosed Lee Kum Kee condiment sachet.
